Would you rather have one best friend or ten acquaintances? Why?
Honestly, one best friend. I would like to confide in one person that knows my strengths and weaknesses. Also, someone I can completely trust.
The smell of gasoline: Love it or hate?
Weird as it is, I love it!
I know I'm so late to be joining the Twilight "bandwagon"...
Anyhoo, I NEVER thought that I'd be such a fan of the series. I mean, I read books, but not so much. I read a lot of books from V.C. Andrews but stopped reading them after the Landry series. I thought the books had the same plot, just different characters. So it got boring.
So when buying necessities for our trip to Hawaii, I decided to buy the Twilight book. I was curious, to see what the fuss was about and wanted to have something to read on our way to and from the island.
I was quite impressed and the story line got me hooked! I decided to purchase the rest of the books and now I consider myself a fan!
I also have the Blu-Ray version of the movie, which I must honestly admit it wasn't great, but the eye candy (of course, Edward Cullen) sure makes me want to watch it again and again haha
Today is "No Housework Day." Tell us: What's your least favorite chore around the house?
LAUNDRY! It's not so much separating the colors and putting them in the washer and dryer.... it's putting the clothes away that's a pain in the ass!
What's your favorite ingredient to cook with?
Oyster and soy sauce!!
What's a little thing you do every day that brightens the lives of those around you?
Sponsored by Nature Made.
Kiss & hug my loved ones.
Not that this would ever happen, but let's say you somehow landed yourself in jail. Who would you phone with your one call?
My husband.
What are you proud for accomplishing in 2008? Anything you wanted to accomplish that didn't quite happen?
I think starting off my business as a freelance make-up artist kicked off really well this year.
What are you most looking forward to this week? What are you least looking forward to?
I'm looking forward to a few things! One, my husband coming home this week and also the military holiday party. I'm actually looking forward to meeting his shipmates (I've met a few; one is our neighbor and I've met some at the Commissarry lol).
What I'm least looking forward to is Christmas shopping! I still have to find gifts for my ILs, parents, brother, and get gifts for our 2 older girls. Not looking forward to the long lines and rude people.
Clothing, dinners, make-up, or gadgets... We all have things we like to splurge on. What do you think you buy too much of?
It would definitely be clothes and make-up!
Me too!! I am actually reading "Twilight" again :D read more
